This restructuring was authorized by National Planning Committee in 1997, the official year we were established. We are the principal subsidiary of Huagong Tech Co., Ltd., which is domestically listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
We are fortunate to have the institutional support and expertise of a cross-discipline team at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) as well as the backing of their laser technology laboratory.
